Maximum privacy of our clients when using our Service is one of our top priorities. Of all the possible models for the implementation of the Service, we have chosen to follow a model in which we store only the minimum set of data necessary to provide the Service. Our Privacy Policy is designed to ensure maximum User privacy while maintaining the functionality of the Service.
To ensure the operation of the Service, we have to store a reasonable minimum of data. The data we collect cannot be used to personally identify the User.
Registration: To access the Service, the User must create an Account on the Website. The only piece of information we request for User registration is the User's e-mail address ("E-mail") to which the User has exclusive access. E-mail is also stored and used for our communication with the User. We do not request or store any other personal data, such as the names, surnames, dates of birth of Users. Therefore, the User's Email cannot be used to identify the User.
Payment information: To make payments for the use of the Service, we do not use our own payment systems, and we do not have access to, do not collect and do not store such payment data as Bank and other payment card numbers of Users. Payments are made with the following three payment methods, allowing us to keep the maximum anonymity of User data:
- third-party payment systems;
- gift certificates;
- payments in crypto currency.
Thus, we store only the minimum data necessary for payment confirmation by third parties and to link the payment to the User Account, but such data does not contain any personal information and cannot be used to identify the User.
We remind you that third-party payment systems use their own privacy policies and that the User is solely responsible for the information provided by them to third-party payment systems.
Support: We use our own technical support system (the "Ticketing system"). In the Ticketing system, we only store data required to solve the problem, E-mail address to communicate with the User and only with the consent of the User. We do not collect or store any personal data in providing technical support. The data stored in the Ticketing system cannot be used to identify the user.
Cookies: We use cookies for website settings and for the implementation of the referral program. Such data does not contain any personal information of the User and cannot be used to identify the User.
Statistics: We may collect and store Google Analytics statistics and/or data related to the operation of our Software and Mobile applications. We collect such data to improve the operation of the Website, Software and Mobile applications, and this data cannot be used to identify the User, because it does not carry any information about the identity and activities of the User.
Our Service is designed in such a way that no information about VPN sessions is saved during its use. We do not collect or store such information as timestamps, IP address records, VPN sessions, DNS requests, or anything else that could be used to identify the User.
We do not disclose data provided to us by the User to third parties. We do not store any personal information that can be used to identify the User.
We operate under the jurisdiction and laws of the Republic of Seychelles and our activities are governed by these laws. Legislation of the Republic of Seychelles does not require us to collect and store personal User data and allows us to sufficiently follow our position in which the priority is given to ensuring maximum anonymity of Users: we do not collect or store personal User data and VPN sessions data. Thus, no personal information can be provided to third parties, including by a court decision, because we do not have access to such data.
We make every effort to ensure the safety of the data provided to us by Users for processing and storage. Only tryVPN employees have physical access to our equipment, namely the servers. No third parties have such access to the servers and the data stored on them.
For data security purposes, if the User Account shows inactivity for 3 months, all user data, including the Account, are deleted. In the event of Account termination, either at the request of the User or at our decision in accordance with the Terms, all data associated with such Account will be deleted.
The User has the right to refuse to use the Service by sending an appropriate request to the e-mail address: info@tryvpn.com. In such case, all User data, including the Account, will be deleted.
We may make changes and/or additions to the Privacy Policy without prior notice to Users. The updated version of the Privacy Policy shall become effective upon publication on the Website. We may, at our sole discretion, notify Users by E-mail of changes to the Privacy Policy.
The User is solely responsible for informing himself/herself about the changes made to the Privacy Policy and undertakes to regularly check the Website for such changes. The use of the Service by the User after such modifications implies full acceptance of the User with the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
